Digital downloads. The Dear James eBook is a digital file that's available as soon as you pay, so eBook sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded.

If something goes wrong. If your file won't download, won't open, or is damaged, or if you were charged twice by mistake, please contact me within 14 days of purchase through the Contact page. I'll send you a working copy or give you a full refund.

Amazon purchases. Kindle and paperback copies bought on Amazon are covered by Amazon's own return policies. Please contact Amazon directly for those orders.
